Tummy Time

Zach enjoyed some good time tummy with his big brother Jake.  Jake has had a runny nose for the past week, so we have been trying to keep him away from Zach. . . .but Jake just can't stand it.  He wants to love on his little bro :)

Great Grandma Jewell

Zach got to meet his Great Grandma Jewell this past weekend!

Photo Shoot

Mommy has attempted several photo shoots, trying to capture the perfect announcement picture.  Here are some of our sessions :)  Beware - some of these pictures are not appropriate for young ones - some pictures contain gang signs, cross eyes, nose picking, angry faces, and other inappropriate infant expressions :)

First Doctor's Appointment

Jake went to his one week doctor's appointment.  We were anxious to get another reading on his weight since the home nurse had her visit.  At the nurse's visit, Zach has lost over 10% of his body weight which threw up a red flag.  Since that visit, we have been supplementing with formula to put some weight on this buster (as you can see from the double chin in the pic, I think it has worked).  He had a great check up.  Weight was 9.4 lbs (77%), Height 21.25 (78%). 

Who Dey!

Zach experienced his first tailgate party for the Bengals pre-season game and also Auntie Kris' B-day! 

Grandparents

Zach has already been spoiled and loved on by all his Grandparents.  He is so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful role models and such loving people. 

First Bath at Home

Here are some pics of Daddy and Jake giving baby Zach a sponge bath.  Zach is not a fan of the water so far, he screams and cries the whole time.  When Jake was a baby, he loved getting his hair washed.  At least there is one difference between the two boys :)

8/10/2010 - Welcome Baby Zach!

Zachary Andrew Bramel was born on August 10, 2010, at 4:27pm. He weighed in at 9lbs 9oz and was 21 inches long.  Thank goodness Mommy was induced a week before his actual due date :)  He is such a blessing!  He has a full head a dark hair and looks exactly like his big brother did as a newborn.  Here are some pics of our stay in the hospital.
